In Europe, currants (both black and red) are commonly found in desserts, jams, syrups, and of course juices. Currants were banned in New York for over 100 years until 2003 when  Greg Quinn, owner of Currant C, helped lift the ban. This liqueur offers a pure aromatic expression of the fruit - tart, tangy and just-enough sweet. Fantastic on its own or in a range of cocktails, it will elevate your Spritz or hard seltzer.
